Experiencing issues logging in? Here are troubleshooting tips and additional resources to help you regain access to your account.

1. Invalid password

If you're receiving an error or are unsure of your password, try the following:

  • Check for typos: Passwords are case-sensitive. Ensure caps lock is off and that you're typing your password correctly. As a reminder, your password should have at least one uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character, and no more than two repeating or sequential characters.

  • Reset your password: If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address, and a password reset link will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. See the full password requirements.

2. Incorrect email address

It's crucial to use the correct email address associated with your account.

  • Use your enrollment invitation email: Unless you have since changed your account's primary email address through account settings, you must use the email address where you originally received your enrollment invitation.

3. Account not set up

If you're unable to log in and believe you haven't set up an account, or if you're a new user:

  • Check your invitation email: You should have received an enrollment invitation to set up your account. This email contains a link to create your initial password and complete the account setup process. See details about the email and process here.

  • Request a new invite: If you can’t find your enrollment email, your employer can send you a new one. Feel free to share this article if they’re not sure how to do so.

4. Two-factor authentication (2FA) issues

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security. If you're having trouble with 2FA, view our full troubleshooting guide for details. Common issues can include:

  • Text errors: Message blockers, poor service, or an incorrect phone number can cause issues with receiving 2FA text messages.

  • Invalid codes: If using an authenticator app, ensure the time on your device is synchronized correctly, as codes are time-sensitive. Enter the code with no dashes or spaces.

  • New device or phone number: Make sure the authenticator app is downloaded on your new device. If you got a new number, please contact us to have your 2FA reset.
