Most issues that come up when completing the “Connect your payroll account” task for your Guideline/ADP® integration can be resolved by removing and then redownloading the Guideline 401(k) app in the ADP Marketplace. If you’re having trouble connecting your Guideline/ADP® Integration, try the steps below.
Log into your ADP® account.
From the landing page, look to the left side of the screen under “More” and click “ADP Marketplace.”
A popup will appear on the right side of the screen:
On this screen, click on “My Apps” in the top right corner.
If the Guideline 401(k) app appears here, click on the small gear and select “Manage App.”
This will take you to a screen that will allow you to “Cancel Subscription.”
Once you’re on this screen and have canceled the subscription, navigate back to “Apps Home” and refer back to the instructions listed in your “Connect your payroll account” task on your sponsor dashboard.
If you complete the steps above and the issues persist, contact your ADP® Representative or Guideline Account Executive for additional assistance.
Please note, these steps will help you if you already downloaded the Guideline 401(k) app in the ADP Marketplace but are unable to complete the connection task in your Admin dashboard.
