How can I fix incorrect employee information on my 401(k) roster?

If you are seeing incorrect employee information within your 401(k) roster, it is typically because the info was entered incorrectly in your payroll account.

If you use Gusto or a Gusto Embedded payroll provider, you can fix this by logging into your payroll account and updating the fields in question (date of birth, hire date, email, name, termination date, etc.). It will take up to 24 hours for the changes to sync to your 401(k) dashboard.

​If you have a self-service plan (for non-Gusto or non-Gusto Embedded payroll providers), you will need to update all employee information directly in your 401(k) roster.
