If you’re the trustee, primary benefit administrator (PBA), or other administrator of a Guideline plan, you cannot change the email address used for either your participant or plan administrative functions from the administrator dashboard. Instead, you can update your email address in your corresponding participant account.
From the participant dashboard:
Access Settings in the main menu.
Go to Personal settings.
Within the My information section, hit the “Edit my information” button, then update your email address.
Once this change is made, your new email will appear in the administrator dashboard for your role and will be used for all future plan-related information.
