If this is the first time you're trying to log into your Guideline account, you must first setup your 401(k) by accessing the unique enrollment link within the invitation email. If you can't locate this email, please contact your employer, as they will be able to resend the invitation email through their dashboard. If you've already set up your account, keep in mind that you must use the same email address where you received the initial enrollment invitation. If you’ve since updated your email in your account, you'll use the new email address.
