It's important to keep your contact information up to date so we can communicate essential information about your 401(k) account in a reliable and timely manner.
Where to update your information
401(k) participants and IRA savers
You can view and update your personal information, including your mailing address, email, and marital status, within your Guideline dashboard.
From your dashboard: Click on Settings in the main menu, then Personal settings.
Via the mobile app - 401(k) only: Access the Account button in the main menu, then click Personal Info. To make changes, click on the "Edit personal info" link.
Plan sponsors
To update the email address associate with your plan, you must access your personal 401(k) participant dashboard. Follow the instructions listed above.
If you do not have an associate participant account, contact us to request an email change.
Why can't I change my name?
Due to security protocols, you will be unable to edit your name within Account settings. You can learn more about how to change your name with Guideline here.
