But because documents related to 401(k) plans or financial accounts can contain sensitive information, we cannot accept email attachments due to security concerns. Instead, all documents can be securely uploaded for our team's review via your Guideline dashboard.
Where to access the secure portal
401(k) participants and IRA savers
You can access the secure portal by clicking on Documents in the main menu, then selecting the Shared files tab. Click the "Upload file" button, then complete the form so we know what the document applies to.
Once submitted, be sure to contact our team so we can review the shared files and assist you with your needs.
Plan sponsors and administrators
You can access the secure portal by clicking on your company's name in the main menu, then selecting Resource library. Next, access the Shared files section and click the "Upload a File" button to search for the document on your computer and upload it into your account.
