Where to locate your account or plan number
401(k) participants and IRA savers:
Single account: Your account number is displayed at the top of the Home page of your dashboard. If you’re using our mobile app, your account number is listed at the top of the Account page.
Multiple accounts: Each account has a unique account number. Find them by clicking on the Accounts button in the main menu, then navigate to your desired account. The account number will be displayed toward the top of the page.
Plan sponsors/administrators:
Click on your company name in the main menu. Your plan number is listed within the dropdown menu.
