Where to find your account statements
Gusto Retirement provides annual reports, customizable transaction reports, and contribution reports within the Reports tab of your Gusto Retirement administrator dashboard.
For locating your quarterly and annual account statements, trade confirmations, and disclosures you can access your custodian portal:
If you have brokerage services through Gusto Brokerage, which uses Pershing for custodial services, you can access your account statements, trade confirmations, and other required notices and disclosures from Gusto Brokerage via the Gusto Brokerage portal. Login instructions are provided within your Settings.
If your custodial services are provided by Benefit Trust Company (BTC), you can access your account statements in your BTC portal. Login instructions are provided within your Settings.
If you’re uncertain who provides your custodian services, you can navigate to the Custodian trust account access within the Settings page of your administrator dashboard.
When do statements become available?
If you have brokerage services through Gusto Brokerage, your quarterly and annual statements will be released in the Gusto Brokerage portal within 1-2 days after the period ends and will reflect account activity and account balances for that time period. For quarterly statements, if a pay period was fulfilled after the quarter ends, this will show within the following quarter’s statement.
If your custodial services are provided by Benefit Trust Company (BTC), your quarterly statements will be available in the BTC portal within 2-3 weeks after the quarter ends and will reflect account activity and account balances for that time period. For quarterly statements, if a pay period was fulfilled after the quarter ends, this will show within the following quarter’s statement.
Your year-in-review contribution reports are provided to you by Gusto Retirement Services, LLC and are available within the Annual Reports folder of your Reports tab throughout the year and will reflect a contribution summary along with transaction reports that provide an up-to-date overview of your overall 401(k) benefit activity. For example, your 2025 annual report will become available after the start of the year and will continue to update regularly throughout the year.
